Services from Autobahn School of Motoring

All our lessons are conducted on a one to one basis. We do not share your lesson with someone else, by asking you to pick up the next client as part of the lesson time for which you have paid. All our lessons are conducted on a door to door basis for your convenience. Not all our competitors can give this assurance.

You can expect your instructor to be friendly, patient, knowledgeable and above all, professional.

Autobahn only provides courses in manual gearbox cars.

All Autobahn instructors are fully qualified and are regularly check tested by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) to ensure that their quality of instruction is continuously maintained. All instructors must display a licence, issued by the DSA, whilst giving "paid for" lessons. The licence colour is green for all fully qualified instructors. Instructors with a pink licence are still under training and are not fully qualified. Many of them will never qualify as the driving instructor Part 3 exam has a very low pass rate. While some trainees may be fairly good, many will not be. That is why Autobahn does NOT use trainees. Many schools use trainees and still charge the same for lessons - including one very well known national school!

Autobahn instructors are fully qualified, we do not use trainees.

One Hour, one and a half or two hour lessons (1.5 or 2 hour recommended)

Autobahn uses exclusively Mercedes-Benz A Class cars.
